uPnP is how devices are see and determined to be media devices in Windows. If it's not enabled, then Windows may not recognize it as a media device.

It does look slow.

However, at least it is actually KBps and not Kbps as he originally wrote.

The instant I enabled upnp I had the camera pop up in Windows. But, it is recognized as "other devices".

Any tips on getting it recognized as a media device? Currently I'm unable to access the camera through Windows - Only able to view the camera properties.

Apologies on mixing up the units. I should know better..

While I'm here - I've had issues with the cameras dropping off the wifi. Do you guys have any recommendations or things I can try? I've tried setting static IPs on the camera outside the DHCP pool but I still lose the cameras after some amount of time. Cycling power on the cameras themselves always fixes the issue.

I tried having them automatically reset at midnight but that made the issue worse.

What wireless modes are you using on the main host router?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What channels are you using on the main host router?
How many cameras and devices do you have connected to the main host router?
Any other wifi neighbors near by? How many and what channels are they using?
Ensure uPnP and uPnP Port Forwarding is enabled on ALL cameras.

Even when connecting directly to the camera via ethernet the best transfer speed I can get is 230kb/s on a modern i7 PC.

I get a download speed of between 250 to 290 KB/sec using Firefox to download 4.5MB .mp4 files over WiFi from the SD card in my DCS-2330L.
