Blacklisted IMEI Numbers.

Is there a website where you can enter the IMEI number of your fone to see if it has been blacklisted or get soution to this Free IMEI Blacklist Removal Online; because a mate of mine bought a 3310 from a pawn shop and it aint workin, and we think it may be blacklisted. Thanks.
