cannot install sofware in vista 64

i downloaded 1.30 driver,it inclues software and driver

an error occurs when i install software in 95%.but it still can finish the installation

the program cannot boot.the driver installed and works well.

is it important? how to solve this problem

i am using a clean os  but its chinese language.
