myDlink service not working
« on: August 28, 2016, 05:50:29 AM »

It has been quite some I logged into myDlink service.

But today when I tried to login from any browser:

For Firefox it says:

Unsupported Browser Detected!
You are using an unsupported browser and therefore the mydlink web portal may not look, behave or function as intended.

My firefox is latest ver.

For Chrome it installs some addon but then it keeps loading and finally gives up and says:

Unable to access your DIR-600L.
If you cannot access your DIR-600L, please check that:
You have at least 256K of bandwidth
Your DIR-600L is not being blocked by a firewall or an antivirus program

I got Windows 10 64bit os and windows firewall tuned off and no antivirus installed/ running and windows defender turned off as well.

I tried its android app and its working good on app though.

So what can I do furthermore to access my router via myDlink web service?

Link>Welcome!

  • What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations
  • What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
  • What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?

PC Web Browser Configurations
What browser are you using?
Try IE11, set compatibility mode and test again.

This maybe a regional mydlink service issue. I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
