DCS-6113 Errors In Network Camera Installation

Using Installation Wizard 1.9, DCS-6113 IP Camera is detected ( but when I select setup i get an error: "Connection Timed Out"

Additionally, when I select Link Selected Device to get to the camera web set-up page, enter in the default credentials (admin/BLANK pw)
my browser indicates error 403 Forbidden

When I select Upgrade the following error is displayed: "The upgrade procedure may not complete if the IP Address of the remote
camera is not fixed".  Followed by "Connection Timed Out"

When I select restore to default, again the "connection times out error is displayed"

I have reset (holding reset button on camera)  a few times and the Wizard always has the same errors as above.

Subsequently, When I set-up within D-Viewcam 4.1.1 and detect, the camera is found and when I proceed to access,
the following error occurs: "Can't Connect to IP Camera, Please Check The Network Setting.

I realize that the IP Camera (DCS-6113) is old and I'm not sure if it compbatible with the versions of the Camera Wizard and D-ViewCam.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as well as links for older versions of Camera Wizard and Viewcam....

What Mfr and model is the main host router?

What browser are you using? Try IE11 with compatibility mode set. Or FF ESR x32 version of there browsers.

Try a factory reset then access the cameras web page. You can set up the camera or should be able to set up the camera manually from the UI.

Hardware & Firmware (as depicted on sticker of camera)
HW Ver: A2
F/W Ver 1.10
Cant load the DSC's Web Page to see the firmware version, Error 403 Forbidden in both IE 11 & Chrome

Region: North America (USA)

Router Mfg: Verizon Fios
Model: Quantum  FIOS-G1100
Provider: Verizon Fios

I can ping the address of the DCS and it shows both in the Installation Wizard and in the Viewcam, just get errors when configuring.  No video feed!!

As suggested, I rebooted (depressed reset button for 1 seconds.....dual flashing of red power and green Ethernet leds & released.  I also  changed IE Compatability for the IP web page address, but still get the 403 Forbidden error.

I'm at a loss.  I suspect I need to update the firmware, but am a dummy......not sure how to complete this task when only an IP address is the only form of communication.  Also, not sure if the router needs special tweaking in order to gain proper access to the camera. 

Again, thanks in advance for your help!!!!  Hopefully your efforts will get this camera online!!!

Hmm...and you are getting an IP address for the camera after the factory reset and verify the IP address with the router?

I'd review the user manual or install guide and see if there is any additional information regarding initial set up via IP address and connecting. Be sure that your PC isn't blocking anything, temporarily disable any PC security as well.

Try FF ESR version of there browser as well...you should be able to connect to the cameras UI with a browser or might try the installation CD software to see if it can see the camera and install it.
