??? I tried to log into my Netflix account tonight and tried under an old account by mistake and now it won't allow me to use the correct one. I was going to try a reset on the router but I can't do that either because I have forgotten either the email address or the password I used. Where can I go to fix this or how can I reset it manually. I have done this before using the remote but I can't remeber how and I'm not finding it online anywhere. Please help!!

On the DSM-310. navigate to System > Maintenance > Factory Reset and press OK on your remote.
