You are my "signature" read? I'm not talking about the "Donate", but about the fact that the above - "please include the following minimal information ...".
Reboot the NAS and refer to HTTP instead of HTTPS. I am absolutely sure that the problem is not an add-on. For example, in the DNS-327L latest firmware, HTTPS standard port 443 was replaced with port 4443. The options are many of your problems!

I roughly know what could be causing the problem. I need access to the NAS, for example through the program Teamviewer http://www.teamviewer.com/
ID & password you can inform me via e-mail or PM on Facebook. Another way to help you, I do not know.

Hello my good friend

If you need access to another 320L via Teamviewer to fix/test Plex you only need to ask. (Although I don't use or have Plex installed) - I'm prepared to offer because I appreciate the hard work you do

Just pm me here if you need

Thanks for the offer, but this is not required. The problem is clearly not in Plex. And what exactly, I can see only gain access to a particular NAS.

I've just managed to upgrade my Plex server for the first time since installing it. I upgraded by applying a new version via the add-in manager which replaced the old version with the new one.

Now that it's back up and running I see I have to recreate the libraries all over again. Is this normal, or should I have done something different to retain my old settings into the new version?

While I don't mind having to do so from time to time, it takes a long, long time to complete so I'd avoid it again next time if at all possible.

Thanks.

I posted this in an older thread - just noticed this newer one.

I have been trying to download the plea add on - my assumption is that the website linked requires a login before you can download.

Attempting to register with the site keeps giving me a blocked user message no matter what I try when creating a login.

Any ideas or alternative download locations would be welcome :)

Thanks

That's just over 3 weeks and I can no longer view my content over the web app on account of my server version being out of date again.

Sorry for the bump of my own question but is there a way to upgrade without being forced to recreate my libraries?

thanks

The latest versions of Plex I did automatically save database of media content. For older versions of it can be done manually - directory /mnt/HD/HD_a2/Nas_Prog/Plex/Library
