Because DNS-313 is not sold in North America.
No DNS-313 -> no forum -> no thread  ;D

actually it is not north america specific.  there are euro sub boards see the DIR series of routers.

Likely it is just run out of north america and the people running it did not think to add a 313 board.

Yeah basically it is because the product is not sold or supported in North America so there is area for support on the DNS-313 on this forum.
