Hello,
After trying to login onto MyDlink website,the system says email address is invalid. It worked fine before.
Issue happens with various users. Is the system down?

The mydlink site is up and running. Are you sure you entered the correct email address? The error you are describing sounds like an unregistered email address.

Same for me, it stopped working 3/4 days ago, after having worked perfectly (on computer and iPhone) for days.
I suspect also a problem on their system ...
Is anybody else experiencing trouble connecting to his account ?
I get this message after trying to login :
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

I can't reach http://se.mydlink.com/ for register and setup wizard also fail to register

I'm using mydlink as I write this, and the site has been up and functioning for me for the past 48 hours.

Well now it seems it's really unavailable.
The mydlink website is temporarily unavailable as a result of a lightning strike at one of our data centers. Please be assured that no customer data was lost during this incident.
Service is expected to resume within the next 48 hours.

For real? I'm logged into mydlink right now. The website is up and running without issue.

NYC as well... No outages in 3 days. D-Link may have multiple instances of the site depending on geography. That's the only thing that makes sense to me. ???

I talked to swedish support yesterday and they say lightning strike and power loss is the cause why I can't register my new dcs-932l at mydlink.

Did you have access to the site, but couldn't complete the registration process? If that's the case, it means the registration database server is located in a different region/facility than the web server(s).
