For what it's worth, there was a FW update posts for it today.  Imagine that!

Every time I try to upload it the upload fails with an error stating that the router is "busy" (??) or the FW file is not the correct file or corrupted.

I'll try and call tomorrow if I can find the time.  I can't see expending a lot of calories on this, since it's clear that DLink hasn't put a lot of effort behind the product.

If this fails, try this using same new FW version to send the file:
