Title: DGS-1210-28P: Vlan configuration in CLI

Hello,
please it's possible to configure the vlans in D-link switch?
I can't manage the switch in Web interface but i can ping it.
below the details i have in Telnet

DGS-1210-28P> ?
USEREXEC commands :
