Can you use a starters kit dhp-307av and use a dhp-w306 at the same time?/together?

Yes

The DHP-W307AV is a bundle containing a DHP-306AV and a DHP-W306AV so you would end up with two DHP-W306As.

This would give you two wireless networks in your house.
