Live View settings

Hi,

Are there any settings for the "Live View" tab on the cameras httpd?  I now have ver. 1.11 firmware installed.  I can see the live view at <ipaddress/video/mjpg.cgi> and on the image setup page on settings, but the "live view" page itself requires plugins.  I'm not sure what format it is in, but is it possible to change?
This is the browser I use: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; OpenBSD amd64; rv:9.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/9.0.1

Also, is there a url list for the streams in various formats(maybe this is a weird question because I misunderstand how it works.. It's my first network camera)
