DGS-1100-16 Can't activate SSL
« on: December 28, 2016, 05:29:47 AM »

Hello Guys,

I have an issue with my DGS-1100-16 Switch.

When i m trying to enable SSL in security > SSL > Global settings, i m redirected to https://switch_ip but i get an error saying that "site is not reachable" mean that port is not working.

if i check the port 80, it's no more serving the web interface.

To solve the problem, i have to reboot the switch.

Is there any solution to activate SSL on DGS-1100-16?

I m in the last firmware version which is : 1.01.018 and my HW revision is B2.

Thx u :)

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
