dsl-2750u h/w:c1 is dead i need full dump to write flash
my router is taked worng softwear ind then dead no lights in leds
i need full flash dump to write in flash
DUMP MODEM D-Link DSL-2750U C1 VER 1.10

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

i talk to support and told him about the router sent to me firmware not flash dump
where is the support
didnot know any thing

There maybe no user level support for getting FW dumps from modems. I presume the modem is bricked and it just needs to be replaced.

I'd ask support if there is a way they can recover the modem. Other than this, we don't know of any way to do this.
