User account and PTZ commands

Hello
User accounts do not have access to PTZ ?
Only the administrator can move the camera ?

MCU Version: 20140207

I would review the user guide about this. In most cases user features are more limited from the Administrator.
Something you might ask D-Link Chat about. There open 24/7.
