Greetings everyone!
Just installed a DIR-880L of which there are about 5-10 active devices at a given time. My ISP is Bell in Canada, and I'm on a 50 up / 50 down FTTH connection. I'm finding that any wireless device is capping out at 0.5Mbps upload. Even with only one device connected, the speed is the same. The download speed isn't a problem, typically that's hitting 25-30Mbps which I expect is normal.
I've read that in the past that QoS can cause this capping issue - right now I don't have any of my devices slotted into any priority spots. I did, however, test a device in the 'highest' slot, and came up with the same speed test result.
This was happening on the 1.02 firmware as well as after I upgraded to 1.04.
Would anyone know what might be causing this? Is there a way to disable QoS entirely? Thanks in advance for your help!

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations
- What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
- What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?

- By-pass the main host router and check internet connection by connecting a wired LAN PC directly to the ISP modem to verify connection access and ISP speeds.
- Check cable between Modem and Router, swap out to be sure. Link> Cat6 is recommended. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CAT6)
- Check ISP MTU requirements, Cable is usually 1500, DSL is around 1492 down to 1472. Call the ISP and ask. Link>Checking MTU Values (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=53008.0)
Are you wired or wireless connected to the router? Do wired PCs exhibit the same problem?
