Try (in this order):
1. reset your internet gateway device
2. Clearing the DNS on your PC (open DOS prompt, "IPCONFIG /flushdns")
3. Check if your you HOST file has a metioning of the website
4. Resetting the TCP and Winsock stack on your PC (http://www.webxpert.ro/andrei/2009/03/02/how-to-reset-windows-xp-winsock-and-tcpip-stack-entries/)
I hope the first tip will already solve it for you. It sounds strange to say, but if there is no website blockage inserted into the router manually (any others have access to the router?) there is no way the router does this from itself.
