What Mfr, model # and size is the USB drive?

Do you see a Storage and Web access feature under Setup?

My version is A1 and the firmware is 1.01.
I'm in Brazil, South America but my router was purchased in USA.
My USB drive is from Buffalo, 3.0TB, model DriveStation HD-LCU3
Yes, I see Storage under Setup.
Tks for your prompt response.

I would try a smaller size drive initially. 500Gb or 1Tb may be the only support sized. Drives also need to be formatted NTFS as well.

I recommend contacting your regional D-Link support office ON the PHONE to inquire about the supported drive size and for correct configuration information.

I presume if the Web access is configured correctly under Storage, that you should be able to access the drive from a remote location.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi, let me tell you what I did and it seems to be running well.

For Web Access I created a shortcut in my desktop with the https SharePort Web access link. This way I have the Web File Access Login.
I donīt know if I need this in this situation but I have Dynamic DNS enabled.

To map the drive in my WLAN I have \\192.168.1.1\usb_A1. This way I have my USB device mapped in Windows Explorer.
In general terms this is \\router IP\access path.

I'll let you know if I have any issue with these settings
