Title: HELP. 2.4 is not found by some devices
Post by: Blizzrd on October 30, 2019, 02:00:36 AM
Latest firmware. It’s been reset. One PC, my ecobee and two WiFi plugs will not see the 2.4 WiFi signal. It is set to be visible. My apple devices, four phones, an iPad and Apple TV along with a Samsung tv and my Ring all see it just fine. It has to be a setting somewhere I just don’t know what it could be. I need help with this because I really don’t want to go buy another router. Anyone have any ideas?

If other devices are seeing the wifi SSIDs from the router, it's possible these few devices are the problem.
Load up wifi analyzer on a wifi pad if you have one and see if you do actually see both 2.4 and 5Ghz SSID signals.
