Upgrading Firmware
« on: February 26, 2018, 09:56:34 AM »

The Release notes say to refer to ( please refer to the Firmware Upgrades chapter in the Unified
Services Router v3.12 User Manual. )
but I cant find this user manual.  I can find the v3.11 manual

If I have on my system information page
System Name DSR-250
Firmware Version 3.11B101H_WW
Hardware Version A4

Do i need to upgrade firmware to DSR-250_A4_FW3.11B001E_WW_intermediate first and then upgrade to DSR-250_Ax_FW3.12_WW_common

the directions are not very clear.

Yeah I noticed that in the release notes too about the 3.12 manual. Still waiting for it....

You will need to upload the A4 intermediate firmware first. It may hang around the 15% mark but it will kick in and finish. Once that is installed, update the common file. Both updates can take like 5 minutes each to complete.

Be sure to use IE11 or FF browsers for doing FW updates.
