I get a DIR-300 router that I imagine is very similar to 1310. My problem is about VoIP... when router is on, simply VoIP calls have very bad... poor quality... I dropped MTU to 1400 and QoS in active... D-Link support just said is not router fault... they doesnīt help me... any one here can give some hint???

The DIR-300 is not a US product and I wouldn't know how to support you with it.
-
I donīt think is different from 1310, but thanks anyway....

If it has QoS it's a whole different beast from the WBR-1310.
I'm sorry I can't do more, I imagine that it would be a simple QoS configuration, but I have never even seen this device.

Mr. This device is for europe use only if you are over there , the device have a qos setting speacily for the Voip service , however if is not responding is because the voip signal travels on the firewall and im preety sure you will need to open those ports on the router , go ahead and call the voip service company so they can tell you what ports you need to open on the router . i hope this infomation is usefull for you and the product works .
