Hi everyone,
Is there an existing and reliable tutorial to install a MySQL database server on a DNS-343 NAS?
I had in mind to use MySQL on the DNS-343 to share an XBMC database between my main HTPC and 2 AppleTV 2nd GEN running XBMC.
I'm not looking for a complete WebServer solution including a content management system, I only want MySQL running a very small database.
The DNS-343 I expect to use for this database is running the latest 1.05b01 firmware. But I also have another unit running the 1.04 version if preferable or recommended.
Both NAS and XBMC units are on the LAN (I don't need to share this DB outside the LAN).
Anyone can help?
