Why show different topology(# of ex) the mobile app than the config on website?

Hi All

Is the following normal?
The mobile app show me I have one "cube" in router mode, which has two extenders

The website config shows me one "cube" in router mode and just show me one extender, or sometimes zero

If I open the extender node I see both extenders.

It works inconsistently!
