Multimedia Services - Refresh Issue

Not sure if anyone else has come across this or a solution, but I can't get any of my drives to refresh. I have tried "Refresh All" and refreshing the drives individually, but it just goes to another screen where it show "Initializing" and just stays there on 0%. I have left it on that screen all night to only find it hasn't moved. I'm running the latest firmware.
