RMA Website Question
« on: March 18, 2008, 05:34:39 PM »

I was finally able to contact Customer Support and got a case number for an RMA of my DIR-855 router. I was sent an email to go to a website to obtain my RMA. The question I have is, will this website allow me to do a cross-ship?

I cannot return the router without having something to replace it. Should I call Customer Service again?

Regards,
Mel

Not all units can be cross-shipped.

Cross shipping on that will be handled by a live CS or support tech.

I can give you the contact infromation via a PM if it's needed.
