FXP Site to Site Transfers Allowed with DNS-323

Does the DNS-323 allow for Site to Site Transfers (i.e. FXP).  Allow for transfers from Site 1 to Site 2 (location of DNS-323), when a user is located at Site 3 using FTP software that supports FXP.

FXP is currently not supported.
