Title: camera no longer works. tech support will not reply

Have had camera for about 5 months. It now works locally but will not connect to the internet. Have sent 3 messages to tech support. First ones over a month ago no answer. I will buy swan From now on. Mod 942.

When you say the camera won't work via the Internet, are you referring specifically to mydlink? If so, are you using mydlink via a PC or mobile device? Is the DCS-942L registered with your mydlink account? What make/model router do you own?
