Users of mydlink Lite who have T-Mobile as there cell phone service provider are experiencing service issues with viewing camera video from remote locations using this mobile app. D-Link is aware of this issue:
http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=54322.msg278048#msg278048

There are multiple camera models effected while on T-Mobile cell phone service. This is not seen on AT&T or Verizon at this time.

Users are encouraged to contact D-Link support with there model information of there cameras and unit numbers seen on the mydlink.com site if you are experiencing issues with there cameras while on the T-Mobile service.

Temporary work around: Some forum users have posted that connecting there T-Mobile phone to a VPN service helps get connected to there cameras using the mydlink Lite app.
