Title: Can't view recorded clips with DCS-942L & mydlink.com

Still can't view recorded clips on my DCS-942L and mydlink.com.  Running latest firmware (1.20) and tried Firefox and Chrome on Mac and Windows, and Safari on Mac.  All updated to latest versions.  Can't get anything to work.  I've installed the necessary plugins and the video never loads.  Also, recorded video is set to AVI (If set to mp4 it says no clips are available).  On previous firmware (1.12) I was able to get just sound, no video.  Now I get nothing at all.  Anyone else having this issue, or able to get this to work?

UPDATE:  It appears to be working now!  I have recording set to mp4 and it works.  Last time I tried it, it didn't work, but now it magically does.
