Title: How to get the best video and jpg resolution from the 2630L ?
Post by: MacUser on April 13, 2017, 08:22:43 PM
Today the 2630L proved very useful because a major shipper picked up packages but didn't scan them, hence I had documentation of that pickup.  However, the jpg was only 108MB and the video should be clearer.

1.  Where is the jpg resolution setting because it should be higher quality?

2.  Downloaded the MP4 file.  How can the resolution of this download be determined?   A one minute MP4 was 31MB.  I'd like the highest resolution possible.

Happy to upload a screen shot of the present settings here.  Is there a direct upload for posts?

I don't know what your major shipper does.

Is your tracking information good?    Is it in their system?  It was probably scanned away from your camera.

It's probably easier for them to scan everything at once at the truck and load it up than at every individual location.

And no idea what quality was recorded by your camera so can't even comment on that.

Thanks for answering, but none of my questions were addressed.  The problem is this was not a shipper's employee and he never scanned the packages.  So I was the last recipient.  But this video clearly shows the man taking the packages and leaving with them.  No one knows (except him) where they are.  Yesterday purchased the 936L to view only the front porch.

Testing it today to see if there's excess video activation as reported in the 936L thread.

I'd take any packages to be shipped off to the shipper. I don't leave anything to chance.

Seems you don't understand.  The packages were wrongly delivered to my house.  I called for as pickup and the packages to go to their proper recipient.  The shipper picked them up, didn't scan them, and now they are somewhere unknown.

Any answers to my questions?
