Optimize for VOIP

I have VOIP (Vonage), and was wondering if there are any general settings on the DGL-4100 to help performance?
Also, is there anyway to configure the router so that when the phone is being used, bandwidth to other devices is throttled back if necessary so phone calls are as clear as possible?
