DAP-1360 troubleshooting
« on: October 03, 2013, 04:14:02 AM »

Hello from France !
I've a problem with my new DAP1360.
When i plug the power cable, the power LED displays and then disappears ! When i'm connected with cable, i can only see the "secured" light. And on the side, there is a blue light.

And i can't make a factory reset...

Does anybody can help me ?

Thanks
Guigui

Ensure the power adapter has the correct voltages on the plug in to the 1360. Have it tested if you can at a electronic repair shop.

I recommend phone contacting D-Link support for additional review and possible RMA.

guigui, you should try another PSU for the unit, you could have a faulty power supply. If that does not work, the unit is probably broken.
