HELP: ftp setup for dcs-930L to dns 320

Can someone teach me how to do it? I have a NAS (DNS 320). Had the ftp configured. But doesn't seem to work. In the DCS-930L status page, all I got is "FTP Server Test   : Testing....."

Does anyone knows how to properly setup?
