mydlink Cloud installation instructions:

  • Download the latest version of the mydlink Cloud app
  • Log into the DNS-345 web UI
  • Navigate to Management > Application Management
  • Install the app via the Browse and Apply buttons
  • The mydlink Cloud app will appear in the app table on the same page
  • Press the green arrow button on the Start/Stop column to activate the mydlink Cloud app
  • Navigate to Applications via the menu button at the top of the web UI
  • Press the mydlink Cloud icon to configure the app

I I have defined a number of users with specific permissions for each of their folders, but I do not know how to create those same users in the cloud mydlink app.
In web access, each user can access only their folder, however when I create a cloud mydlink account, that account can access the folders of all users.

How I can I get users to remotely access their folders only and not those of other users?  :-\

so i bought a dns 325 I am currently in the process of copying all my media to it. I am also a mas user.  My question is related to the dlink cloud.    I updated the firmware so the dlink would be available to me.  When i registered, it installed  some cloud folders folders in my volume 1.  Do I need these folders?  Should I install my media in these folders?

I don't understand why I need the dlink cloud since I can access the NAS from the internet?  I thought that a NAS is the same thing as a cloud. Please forgive my ignorance.
