"Sync Time Remaining" problem
« on: May 04, 2014, 08:30:48 AM »

Hi,

My dns-343 reported a problem of Sync Time Remaining: degraded about a week ago. I manually rebuilt it. After the rebuild, I ran into an problem. Now, in Status, it's always saying "Sync Time Remaining: xxx minutes", but in Advanced/RAID, it does not say it's degraded any more. Also, on the display of the device, it does not say it's degraded neither. I let it sync for another 3 days. Once it's finished, I reboot the device. It says "Sync Time Remaining: xxx minutes" AGAIN! I have reboot the device 3 times already and the message always come back. I can tell that the device is trying to sync because it's very slow.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance.
Steven
