Try using static IP's on the DSM 520 and DSM G600. I use static IP's and never lose the connection with the server.

Yeah.. I tried static IP's on both devices and I still lose the server. Gotta run some PC based server to keep the connection alive... TVersity works well with both devices.

I'm having this same problem.  My DSM-520 is hardwired.  I have 3 servers: (1) my PC, (2) IOMEGA NAS, and (3) LaCIE NAS.  Regardless of which server I'm connected to, it drops after a few minutes (playing music files), but once I select "OK" I can reselect from the "lost" server.

Makes the DSM-520 nothing more than an expensive paperweight.  Driving me nuts!

bcdane... I gave up running the DSM-520 with just the NAS. Since I have been running TVersity, I have no problems, but have to fire up the PC to use it.. Small price.. Chris
