Router won't show connected clients
« on: October 12, 2018, 06:46:17 AM »

Hi, I'm new here (hello!)

I have a DIR-878. I logged into the router to manage the connected clients - I added a time of use schedule for some devices, and I also blocked two devices. I cycled the power. The new settings work. But, when I log into the router, I cannot see any of the connected clients, and I cannot edit their status.

What is wrong? What do I do? (I am using a laptop with Linux Mint and FireFox, connected to the router via WiFi). Please help!
thanks

Link>Welcome!

  • What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

Does this happen with a Windows or Apple PC?
