Tha jacks are punch down. Thanks for the advice I'll look into finding a tester.

I forgot to mention - when punching down, try to maintain the twist all the way to the actual contact - no more than 0.5 inch untwisted cable.

RAID1 is for disk redundancy - NOT data backup - don't confuse the two.

Yeah, I have it as close as possible. Good tip, I didn't think it mattered much though.
