Hi,
I would like to grant a user access to the guest account (setup in the web portal) on my 942L which they will use via android, however how do I do this without giving them my Mydlink username and password? Seems to defeat the object of the guest account.

Anybody any idea how I give a guest user access to the guest account without giving them access to my main account which in turn has access to my NAS etc

Not fully sure if Guest access is supported.
I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

Any solution to this? I just got myself a DCS-942L. When using the iPhone and Android app "mydlink lite" to view the camera by 3 different people including myself, all of us have to login using my own mydlink account and password. Any other way for other user to login and view the camera using different account? Cheers!
