Not working on my laptop

I have come across a strange problem, I can access my DNR-322l with Explorer 11 win 10 on my desktop , but my laptop does not access advanced settings,, They both are on win 10 and explorer 11. I get C:\program files (x86) internet explorer \iexplorer.exe  error message when I attempt to go to advance settings Have tried all the setups from google search. Cannot get DNR to work on firefox, it will not run java! it will intermittently grab a live view or play back but not consistent. I have set paths on java security section. Firefox is a 32 bit version.

Any suggestion ,  Bob

Am beginning to regret buying Dlink stuff, I have spent way to much time trying to set this stuff up, and it still not working properly, Even tech support have problems trying to figure out how this stuff works. I am now concerned about security over the web with this system.
