DIR-855 and VPN no internet connection on Office LAN when connected

Having a problem with the internet connection at my through VPN [Office LAN for work] connected machine.

This is the problem:
I got a HP machine from work that connects through VPN to my Office LAN. When trying to open an internet connection nothing helps. The VPN connection itself establish successful but no luck with the internet connection [port 81 is used] on the desktop. Intranet and Outlook don't have problems when opening. When having the same machine connected but VPN not started, I can connect to the internet.

With a former WL500 GX Asus router I had no problem with this.

i think something needs to be done on the DIR-855 itself but don't know how.

The VPN to the Office LAN connects through UDP 4500
