Turn off LED

How do I turn off the LED on the front of the camera?

Thanks for the quick reply.

I went to my ip login and I don't have my id or password. I tried to reset it by holding the button on the back of the camera for longer than 5 seconds, but it didn't go back to the default: admin and (blank). Any suggestions?

Was the camera powered up when you tried the factory reset? Are you holding down the recessed button using a paperclip? Their are two buttons on the rear of the camera, one for reset, the other for WPS. Do you have multiple cameras on your LAN? There are instances where users were accidentally going to the URL of the wrong D-Link camera on their LAN and couldn't understand why the reset wasn't working.
