Firmware version 1.03 fixes the incremental backup issue (although not stated in the release notes). . . .
I tested the functionality and the backup only copies over the changed files from source to destination.

I note that you can apparently achieve an incremental backup with either the FTP on the "applications" side of things or a backup on the "Configuration" side of things.  When would one pick one over the other?  I have been trying to set up an incremental backup using the FTP facility on the "applications" side.  I find that I can set up a full backup but the incremental button gets grayed out at some point while I am setting things up and it will not allow me to set it up.  The documentation on this functionality is poor.  Is this just not used and should I just use the backup on the "Configuration" side?

Both boxes are running 1.03, and have 4 1.5T Seagates in RAID1 config.

Thanks
