here are some important infos , plz read =

-Upgraded to new Firmware 1.25NA / Hardware is still at A2
-Did Soft and Hard resets
-Works perfect with LAN Yellow Cable (Modem to PC)
-changed the ssid (name appearing in Wireless list)
-added password to ADMIN login
-added password to connection via wireless
-Changed Ip to 192.168.0.7 to avoid interference with modem / VoIP adapter

-i joined DISTRIBUTEL Quebec (Canada),  they have the RCA Thompson Modem AND i'm wired with the Linksys phone adapter (VoIP), they are all perfectley wired, no issue there.

See the picture , plz do i took a lot of time making it lol !

so i checked the LOGS in the web application ;
here are the messages !

Network Status :Incorrectly configured - check logs
LOGS = "CRIT : The addressing of the Internet side learnt thru DHCP conflicts with the addressing selected for the LAN side. Internet communications will be disabled until you have changed the LAN side addressing to resolve the problem."

what does this mean ?
i know this is an issue with the configs, but don't know how to fix it !
Greatley appreciate all your help !

Link>Welcome!

What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?
If this modem has a built in router, it's best to bridge the modem. Having 2 routers on the same line can cause connection problems: Link>Double NAT and How NAT Works.
To tell if the modem is bridged or not, look at the routers web page, Status/Device Info/Wan Section, if there is a 192.168.0.# address in the WAN IP address field, then the modem is not bridged.
If the modem can't be bridged then see if the modem has a DMZ option and input the IP address the router gets from the modem and put that into the modems DMZ.
Check ISP MTU requirements, Cable is usually 1500, DSL is around 1492 down to 1472. Call the ISP and ask. Link>Checking MTU Values
For DSL/PPPoE connections on the router, ensure that "Always ON" option is enabled.

Your probably encountering a configuration between the VoIP and the ISP modem. To possibly get around this, the preferred connection for routers is this:
ISP Modem>DIR-628><ALL wired devices to the router.

If using VoIP devices, it's recommend to use the DMZ on the DIR-628 to help eliminate any un-necessary router processing as it's not needed for VoIP devices.
