been using this since 01-10-2009 and did not find any problems yet - not using ftp functions so can't say any thing about that....

Yes, with 1.03 it can support a maximum of 8TB or storage.

I am unable to download the 1.03 firmware from the ftp site provided at the link. The connection keeps timing out.  Is there somewhere else I could download the upgrade?
