my info for

F/W Ver.:LN2_1.00
FCC ID :KA2DSL-2640U

cant help is there is firmware upgrade file for this thanks

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
