Event Setup Network Storage

Is it possible to connect to a domain network share drive for network storage?     Everything I am trying will not connect.  Email setup works fine, but network storage does not and I believe the problem is the "Workgroup" category is for non-domain drives.

  • What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

What Mfr and model is the main host router?

Is the camera connected to the same network and local work group as the network storage?
Is the storage device set up correctly to allow connections from cameras?
