Title: DCS-942L Not Listed in D-Viewcam

I have just brought a DCS-942L to go with my DCS-932L I already own.

I cannot get this new camera to work with the D-Viewcam software, it is not listed in the models and if you try to auto detect it a warning comes up saying the device is unsupported. I have tried several versions of D-Viewcam and they are all the same. According to D-Link website the DCS-942L works with this software

Any help would be most appreciated

How come that there has no response here in this thread.  I had also the same problem that DCS-1130L, 5222LB1, 942L and 6010L all are detected except this model?  Tried to change the IP address and port setting but still to no avail.  I also restarted and disconnected from the outlet and reconnected and got the same result.  Hope to get some help here.

What version of D-ViewCam are you using?

Thanks for the response.  I was able to detect it using D-Link bundle 3.6.3.  More power to you and D-Link!
