Hello,
I had not used my DNS-320L for some years due to several reasons. In the meantime upgraded to Windows 10 and now tried to connect and access the DNS-320L since I have old backuped and important data on the two disks I do not want to lose. Have access to the DNS-320L via the web interface but I can't access it under Windows 10 network (explorer). If I try to download data when logged in to web-interface I get error message about I think flashplayer....
I found in threads about the SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support setting and have done that already.
Now I am thinking about doing a hard reset but am relunctant as I do not want to lose the data on the disks. Is it safe to do a hard reset? Are the disks with the data not touched by a hard reset? And what would be the steps after the hard reset to get it configured so I can see and access it under Windows 10 network?
Thank you in advance.

Try a different PC to see if you can access the DNS web page and network share//volume_#
Try a different web browser as well.

Resets do not touch data on the drives.
